What we collect
We process account details, the photo you upload, your video requests and generated videos, payment status and basic technical data needed to operate and protect the service. Payment providers process your billing details; we receive order and payment status information.
How your photo is processed
When you create a video, your photo and generation request are sent to the configured AI video provider to render the result. Uploaded media and generated videos may be stored by the application so you can access your work. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
How we use data
We use information to sign you in, render and store videos, manage credits and payments, prevent abuse, improve the service and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account or generated media by emailing support@gowellapp.me from your account email.
